Building Committee

This committee advises the Board of Directors on facilities and income property management.

Education Committee

This Committee is a link between the Association and Marin County's education agencies and monitors the progress of the Construction Technology Program which is offered at selected high schools in Marin County.

Ethics Committee

This Committee enforces the By-Laws and Code of Ethics of the Association and recommends to the Board of Directors disciplinary action that may be necessary to maintain our highest standards.

Finance Committee

This committee assists staff in preparation of the annual budget and reviews financial statements for approval by the Board of Directors.

Public Relations Committee

The committees' responsibility is to develop programs for the Association. They also review applications for membership, provide topics for seminars and trainings and suggest membership recruitment programs.

Insurance Trust

The Trust has the fiduciary responsibility of reviewing all insurance programs and advising the Board of Directors of specific actions made by the Trust to maintain these programs.

Scholarship Trust

The Trust provides funds for the scholarship program. Additional funds are received through bequests and fundraising events. Children and grandchildren of members and their employees are eligible to apply for scholarships annually.

Political Action Committee

This committee interviews candidates requesting an endorsement and funds, and may review local and state legislation. It functions independent of the Board and is appointed annually by the Board of Directors.
